About Courtney

My name is Courtney and I am a senior at University of San Diego. I currently work part time as a wakeboarding instructor at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, but I am seeking a flexible, part time job looking after kids! I have a lot of experience working with children, through being a part-time nanny while I was in high school, and through working with children at the Watersports Camp at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center where I teach kids how to wakeboard and wakesurf. I am also CPR/AED certified and Lifeguard certified! I am patient, empathetic, responsible, and organized. I love helping to get kids off screens and being active and outdoors in nature! I am originally from the Bay Area but now live full time in San Diego. I love any outdoor activity including surfing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, snowboarding, hiking, and camping. I love to travel and explore new places. I am currently studying biology and hope to work in the medical field after I graduate college!
