About Courtney

My name is Courtney and I am currently working as a 1:1 paraprofessional; I am taking online courses at WGU; majoring in Elementary education and planning to be certified in teaching special education. I am writing to you to express my great interest in the job. I believe I am the perfect candidate because I have a lot of experience with young children and am in the process of learning so much more! Children hold a special place in my heart. I have been around them and watching over them with hands-on experience for about 8 years now. I have babysat children from 4 weeks to 12 years old, so I know how to handle all ages. I worked as a Preschool Assistant Teacher over the summer at Montessori School in New Jersey. I like to think of myself as a very clean and well-organized person. Also, I am warm and very patient. I am a great communicator and I am extremely responsible. In addition to those skills, I am very creative and have a good sense of humor.
