About Courtney

Making a real difference in someone's life is why I'm passionate about being a caregiver. With three (+) years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes some college education, in home care of developmentally disabled adults and I successfully completed a Certified Nursing Assistant program in 2006 for senior care, finding that I enjoyed in home care better than most facilities. I offer services such as errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I'm adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide verbal updates and follow each family's preferred communication method. As a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented person, I prioritize respect when building connections. I'm eager to use my skills to provide comfort and support to your loved one.
