About Courtney

Hello! My name is Courtney and I am a recent graduate of Rider University with a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and English. I am a certified teacher of English for grades 6-12. I recently finished student teaching grades 6-8 Honors English students and I will begin my professional career in the fall as a 7th-grade English teacher. I have experience tutoring and teaching students in grades K-8 in all aspects of English Language Arts including reading, expository and creative writing, and grammar. My main goal is to get to know your child well enough to create a plan that will help cultivate their reading and writing skills in a way that is most beneficial to them.
