About Courtney

I have been caring for children for over 20 years. I've worked as a babysitter, tutor, and nanny in my small hometown; as a foster mom and daycare provider as a young adult; and I've been specializing in the care of twins from infancy for the last 12 years. In between I've also volunteered with LGBTQ youth, women's and children's advocacy groups, CASA, and a number of gardening and environmental groups. I'm currently a little over part time with one infant in a very covid safety conscious family and am looking for similar families that are looking for intermittent childcare for their young infant(s). I'm very comfortable with multiples and newborns, as well as providing advice and assistance to new parents. I have been certified as a foster parent twice in the state of Oregon, received a certificate of completion through Northwest Nannies Institute, as well as studied psychology, gender and women's studies at Portland State University.
