About Courtney

Hi! Thank you for considering me to take care of your children. I'm 30 years old & looking to babysit in the evenings/weekends. After graduating from college, I worked for a year at a nonprofit that supports adults experiencing developmental disabilities. While my role focused on operations, I worked out of the home & regularly interacted with the residents. That rewarding experience reshaped how I view the world. My calm & friendly demeanor allows me to connect easily with children. I'm patient & fun. I believe in open communication and will keep parents regularly updated about their child's day. I think it's important for children to interact with people outside their family to build social skills. Through volunteering with children's ministry at my church, I've seen many young kids experience separation anxiety during drop-off & I'm comfortable providing support through that process.
