About Courtney

Hi! I'm looking for a position where I can bring my daughter with me. She is currently 16 months. I have reduced my rate to accommodate my daughter; she has been coming with me to my current nanny job since she was 4 months old! My current family happy to talk in detail about how wonderful our arrangement has been. I was a nanny/house manager during college, then as a case manager for a non-profit, and then a high-level executive assistant for 12 years until my office closed in 2020. I volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters for 7 years, and provided childcare for 6 years for a family who adopted a child from foster care and needed someone with experience in children suffering from trauma. I love arts-and-crafts, going to the park, imagination-based play, etc. We often go on adventures to the library, zoo, music classes, etc. I'm a firm believer in gentle parenting and positive reinforcement. I'd like to find something long-term where our babies can grow together!
