About Courtenay

Hi there! I'm Courtenay- a caring, dependable professional with 10+ years of experience supporting children. I've cared for kids of all ages, from siblings and cousins, to neighbors and students. I've worked in elementary schools as a paraprofessional, providing one-on-one and small-group support, assisting with lessons, and helping every child feel included. I also have experience at a local Montessori academy, which strengthened my passion for child development. I'm CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, hold a Missouri Substitute Teaching License, and completed Mandated Reporter and Stewards of Children trainings. I currently work as a Quality Coordinator at Community Living, Inc., where I help train staff who support children & adults with disabilities. I also spend lots of time caring for my 1-year-old nephew. I love creating a safe, positive, and nurturing space for kiddos and would be grateful to support your family.
