If you get the chance to interview Cortney, you should hire her on the spot. She can do it all. She cared for my 3 young children. My 1 and 3 year girls (now 2 & 4) from August 2020 to April 2021, and several times watching my newborn son with the two girls, as I gradually returned to work from maternity leave at the end of March 2021. She loves to take kids on walks, do endless swing pushes, doesn't mind playing with play doh and kinetic sand or cleaning up the aftermath. She frequently did crafts with the kids, took them outside often. She was also willing to go on vacation with our family as a nanny. She is EXCELLENT with communication! Frequently sending me updated texts through the day and pictures, so that we didn't waste time talking those things over at the end of long days. If there are any problems she is very good communicating to make sure everyone is in the same page and takes constructive criticism with professionalism and grace.
