About Cortney

I hold a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Utah and have over 10 years of experience working with young children. For the past four years, I've been a kindergarten teacher, creating engaging and supportive classroom environments that foster early learning and development. Prior to teaching, I spent six years working in daycare, where I supported children's growth through structured play and daily routines. In addition, I have seven years of experience as a babysitter, providing attentive, responsible care tailored to each child's needs. I am comfortable caring for three children, enforcing household rules, and communicating through daily reports, verbal updates, or texts. I can assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I'm available to care for children over the summer until I return to teaching in the fall.
