About Corrie

Hi! My name is Corrie, and I am a soon-to-be UMHB alumna with a bachelor's degree in psychology. My degree included many courses in child development, which I have learned from and am able to apply. I will be moving to Fort Worth this summer and am seeking a long-term nannying position. I am an older sister to four siblings, and I have been a paid nanny for the past three years. I genuinely love working with children and having lots of fun! When caring for kids, I encourage activities such as games, walks, outdoor play, sports, crafts, and more. I also love taking children on outings to places like libraries, recreation centers, parks, and playgrounds. I encourage children to respect their parents and follow household rules, and I have successfully used tools such as sticker charts and coin systems to reinforce positive behaviors and healthy habits. Additionally, I am open to light housekeeping and food preparation.
