With over 24 years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about promoting their well-being and independence. My background includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in assisted living and nursing home settings. I strive to build connections with clients by earning their trust and respecting their independence, always keeping their preferences in mind. I am comfortable adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I provide hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have some college experience and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
