About Cori

Hi! I'm Cori! I'm 20 years old and I am going into my junior year at the University Of Rochester. I am a history major involved in the teaching program at my school. My hope is to become a history teacher and I am still figuring out the ages I would want to work with. I personally have fond memories of my babysitters growing up and I hope to create those for your kids as well! I'd describe my personality as optimistic, kind, and candid! I like working with kids because I find them so creative and bright. I hope to be an adult in their lives who will never dull their positive and crazy energy! I started working with kids when I was 13 by being a mother's helper in my neighborhood. I babysat all of High School, primarily ages 3-12, and the past two summers I have been a sleep away camp counselor working with girls 8-15 years old. I My skills include calming distressed children, making them laugh, and coming up with ideas on how to have fun! I am also trained in first aid and CPR.
