After a nice interview and a nice connection between the patient and the caregiver she called in sick on the first day did not get back to us for a week and then no showed after a 2nd set first day time. I offered her a dollar more an hour than what she was advertising and she was hinting at requesting more before even starting but then no showed. It's too bad not everybody understands how dire a situation can be when you're looking for caregiver help in your home.
