Hi, I moved up to the Catskills in 2019 after being a lifelong NYer. It is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful here and is such a joy for children experiencing nature, at this scale for the first time and it is a joy to watch . I was a live-in caregiver to two children in NYC for the last 10 years, four of them up here. They are now almost 11 and 14 and no longer require in-depth care, but I do a lot of fun activities with the 11 yr old girl-plus homework on a regular basis. I've watched local children and the elderly since arriving here-anything from watching them for others attending events. I'm all for being outside as much as we can-all year and Im a warm easygoing person that greatly loves engaging with children and watch their response upon learning something new. I have 4 animals and would enjoy caring for yours as well
