Hi! I'm Corinne, and I have 4 years of experience and ongoing training working with people with disabilities. I have worked in special education classrooms as a classroom aide, teaching assistant, and one-on-one aide. My experience has been working with students ages 0-22, but I am open to all ages beyond that. I've worked with numerous different physically, mental, and developmental disabilities. I have been trained in behavior management techniques, and personally follow the belief that all behaviors are a form of communication. I feel that it is most important to focus on the reason or cause behind the behavior, and not just to focus on the behavior itself. Working with people with disabilities is a huge passion of mine, and something I truly love to do. I strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for anyone I work with, and continuously encourage individuals to be their best selves, and anything they want to be, despite any limitations.
