After speaking with Corinne via phone we really liked her. We planned on hiring her starting November. We are now only a few weeks out from needing care and she will not return any messages. It’s very disappointing because she seemed like a great fit for our family. If she would have told us she can not care for our kids I would be fine with it. She gave us no warning. I have tired to contact her via care.com and her own personal number but I have received nothing back in over 3 weeks.
