About Corey

I'd describe my personality as easy going, energetic, and detail oriented. I like working with kids because I have two of my own and they are growing up too fast. I feel that helping to raise and nurture young humans can keep oneself young at heart. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I was a nanny for three young children at that time. When I moved to Rutland, I worked as an assistant teacher at a childcare in Proctor VT. Previous employment history; LNA in high school; certification for lifeguarding. More recently, I received a CDA, certified dental assistant, at Aspen Dental Rutland. I am looking for a position that can fill in some of the empty days in my schedule and help supplement my income. My skills include personal experience with working with children with special needs. I have the ability to supervise many children at once. I am a quick learner and can easy to get along with. I am very detail oriented with a type A personality.
