My background includes some college coursework, along with CPR Training and First Aid Training. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and communicate through written reports, texts, or calls, depending on your preference. Being compassionate and friendly comes naturally to me.
