About Cora

Hi! My name is Cora Jane, I'm 19 years old, and I'm currently looking for babysitting or nannying opportunities while I'm in college! I have several years of experience working with children ranging from 1 to 16 years old. I participated in the Education Practicum program at Champion High School, where I had the opportunity to student teach in both a first-grade and seventh-grade classroom. For the past three summers, I've worked at a Girl Scout overnight camp in several different roles. I started as barn staff, where I taught girls how to ride and care for horses, then worked as a unit counselor, and most recently as a unit leader. These roles gave me lots of experience supervising children, planning activities, handling different situations, and making sure kids are safe while still having fun! I've also worked with the YMCA after-school program, primarily with kindergarteners, and have additional babysitting experience with younger children.
