I'd describe my personality as grounded, calm and cheerful. Nurturing. I like working with kids because its important. These little ones are our future. They are hilarious and fun! I'm looking for a part time job over the summer that will allow me to continue working with children and supporting families while I start my path to becoming a Montessori preschool teacher/guide. I started working with kids when I became a mother. Ive been married for 25 years and our kids are 23, 20, and 16. I am new to nannying, but this spring I've been employed at a Montessori preschool in Newburgh and will start my teaching diploma for ages 3-6 this June. In my spare time, I like to read, cook and enjoy nature with my family. One thing you should know is I will prioritize non screen time. My skills include nurturing healthy relationships. Positive mealtimes. Including children in practical life skills, tidying up. Self care. Meal preparation. And supporting healthy rhythms throughout the day.
