For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to seniors and adults. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I offer respite care, live-in home care, hospice services, home health, personal care, dementia support, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. My approach involves respecting their independence. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred method. Supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for is my passion. I'm professional, detail-oriented, friendly, and empathetic.
