I hired Cooper (November, 2024) to do things I couldn't (I'm wheelchair bound). Cooper is: responsible, smart, plans ahead, gets things done on time, works steadily until the task is done, looks ahead to figure out what might need to be done next, doesn't need hand-holding, and is personally motivated to complete the task (doesn't need to be monitored), and most importantly, laughs at my poor jokes (usually). That about covers it. Hire her quickly.
