About Constance-leticia

I started caring for seniors about 3 years ago while working at a senior living community as a DSP. From there, I transitioned to working at a senior care facility as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), where I gained even more hands-on experience. Currently, I do independent senior care as a DSP while continuing to work as a CMT. I've grown a lot through each role and truly enjoy supporting seniors in both medical and personal care. My skills include medication management as a CMT, providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance, and offering emotional support and companionship. I'm also very observant and quick to notice changes in behavior or health, which helps me provide safe and attentive care.
