About Constance

I have 13 years as a substitute teacher. I received my second bachelors degree in Behavioral Science and Education 3 weeks before my son was born. I hold a 3 year Colorado sub license and have worked in the Cherry Creek School District. I have been exclusively in middle schools for 10 years and love it! I have also been involved with Destination Imagination for 18 years - as a coach and appraiser. DI is a creative problem solving competition incorporating teamwork, drama, engineering, science, and fun. That experience has influenced my teaching style, especially in middle school classrooms. I am able to adjust the lesson or personal interactions quickly and on an individual basis. I am also good with a certain amount of chaos - as long as there in learning and respect.
