Hello! My name is Conor. I'm a 19-year-old student currently in the process of getting my degree in nursing, and I'm seeking work as a caregiver while I do so. I am fully asynchronous so I can work full time. I'm looking primarily for a live-in situation, however I'm open to working day shifts as well. Though I'm young, I already have quite a bit of experience in the senior care industry (three years so far). We hired Conor to accompany our 88 year old mother from Honolulu, Hawaii to Nashville, TN. She was living in an assisted living facility in Hawaii and we needed help in getting her to Nashville, TN to a different assisted living facility so she could be closer to family. My mother couldn’t walk and had to utilize a wheelchair. She also had several medical issues and a catheter. He flew alone with my mom, and had to deal with a stopover. My mom had a high trust of Conor and he was able to help her in any way she physically needed. After meeting us in Nashville, he came to the assisted living facility to get her settled and stayed with her until she went to sleep. I know that those flights are difficult from Hawaii to TN and he did a fantastic job in supporting my mom the entire trip. She can be demanding at times- yet he was very patient and calm. We would use Conor again. I highly recommend his services.
