About Connor

I am a friendly and compassionate person with an intention to support youth and their families. As a mental health counselor with three years of experience working with youth and adults, my ability to create supportive and meaningful relationships has been finely crafted. Before my work as a counselor, I enjoyed two years as a Skills Trainer in a youth residential setting providing trauma-informed care to youth from ages 6 to 17. Here I learned valuable skills in teaching kiddos about distress tolerance, healthy coping mechanisms, and emotional regulation. In my personal life, I am an active person and a lover of the outdoors. Rock climbing, hiking, and camping are some of my passions. Most important to me are my relationship with my partner, my family, and my friends.
