Hi there! My name is Connie. I have been a career nanny for over 10 years. I have professional experience caring for children of all ages from newborn to 12 years old. I have been a nanny to multiples, including a full-time position where I cared for two toddlers and a newborn. I worked as a preschool aide through college, where I had a blast engaging children in activities from creative art to structured gross motor play. I truly enjoy providing age-appropriate sensory stimulation such as teaching linguistics through song and dance, teaching science through fun projects, and providing interactive tummy time activities for the wee ones! Connie has been a wonderful babysitter for our girls for years! We found her here on care.com when our daughters were 3 and 5 years old. They are now 11 and 13 and they have grown up knowing Connie and they are always excited when she comes to watch them. She is so sweet and very attentive to them. She would go above and beyond by always taking them for a walk or to the park to get some sunshine and exercise, she encourages healthy snacks, and she would usually bring a special surprise for them to create. Usually some type of art idea or just something creative for them to do together. I have never had another babysitter do that! She is thoughtful, responsible and dependable. It has been a joy to have her enrich our girls and they love her. She has also been great with our golden retriever. Our dog would get excited to see her and always felt included. She is wonderful with animals. If you are looking for a great babysitter Connie is amazing!
