About Connie

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning, rather than relying on rote memorization. By actively listening and observing how a student interacts with new material, I tailor my approach--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or open discussion--to suit their unique style. I specialize in supporting elementary students in Math, English, Test Preparation, and Special Education. Since I have experience with challenging students, I am eager to help your child navigate difficult concepts by connecting them to real-world interests. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is essential for achieving the best outcomes. Ultimately, nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill. I look forward to helping your child thrive and discover their own academic voice.
