Connie took care of my mom, who had Alzheimer's and was bedridden, until she passed last year. Connie brought my dad and me such a sense of calm and relief over so many months that were so very difficult. She has a deep knowledge of care from her medical background, I think of her as almost like an expert on hospice and end-of-life care. She stayed with me through the last hours of my mom's life to help me know what Mom needed. I could've never done it without her. She also helped us stay on top of what hospice needed to address when it came to my mom's health. Having Connie as a second set of eyes and sounding board was invaluable. Not only did she help my dad and me know what to do in my mom's last weeks, days, and hours, but she brought mom such joy and laughter in the months prior. Sometimes, I'd go into the room and Connie and my mom would be chatting non stop like it was a girls' night out. I can't begin to express how much joy that brought me. It's because Connie connected with Mom, listened to her, and shared her own thoughts too. That level of engagement brought Mom to life....and I hold those moments so close to my heart. I'm so grateful for Connie and she currently helps my dad once a week with little things. She's a blessing in so many ways. I whole-heartedly recommend Connie to anyone who wants the best for their loved one.
