About Conesha

Conesha worked for me consistently for about 6 months. My 1 year old daughter instantly gravitated to her. The first week, I popped in on Conesha and was impressed by how she was handling her job. Outside of some sick days, it was all smooth sailing. She was always early, kept my daughter fed, clean, and entertained. I think an aspect that worked well for us and that our children were the same age. She sat at my home and then began to take her to her own house. She communicated very well and kept me updated with anything peculiar that was changing in my daughter's behavior. Unfortunately, she moved and couldn't continue. She gave a two weeks notice and still kept the same quality of effort until her last day. If anything, Conesha may have been getting into her stride at first, but by the time she worked for me, she was very professional.
