About Conchita

Conchita is an extremely capable, warm, caring, engaged and trustworthy caregiver who has cared for our daughter as she transitioned from infant to toddler. Her experience really shines through her work. Our child has truly thrived in her care and absolutely adores her. Conchita treats children in her care as her own. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her in so many ways. She is completely invested in the physical, emotional and intellectual well-being and development of the child in her care. She is meticulous, active, and unflappable when faced with toddler tantrums. I often work from home, have seen her work first hand, and am constantly impressed with her dedication and commitment. She took my child to the park, made sure she got plenty of exercise and even at home, ensured a good mix of developmental activities. Honestly I never saw Conchita sit down for even a minute, that's how hard she works. Unfortunately, we could only budget to keep a full time nanny for a limited time, and have transitioned our child to day care. It saddens our whole family to have to say goodbye. I cannot say enough good things about Conchita, and will be more than happy to serve as a reference. Your child or children will be in the best of hands with her.
