About Colleen

I am a Nanny with over 13 years of experience caring for children ranging from newborns to teenagers, I bring a wealth of knowledge and adaptability to each role. My approach to childcare combines a nurturing demeanor with clear and consistent boundaries, fostering an environment where children feel safe, respected, and supported in their development. Jan 2022- Oct 2023, I served as an au pair for almost 2 years and I currently work part-time with one family and help multiple others. Which includes a lot of responsibilities including school drop offs, driving to activities, laundry, sleep training, bottle cleaning/feeding, meal prepping, creating activities, swimming and much more. I am looking for a family who is great at communicating and can work together to help their child(ren) grow into the best they can be! I would like to find a family who is kind and can make me feel like a family member and not just an employee.
