Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I can hold tutor sessions via video call or in a public location such as a library or cafe. As a licensed educator in the state of Illinois, I have had experience working with both middle school and high school students in the science field. I have taught Biology and Chemistry at Grayslake Central and Grayslake North High School. I currently teach at Wauconda High School where my specialty is chemistry but I do have a background in Biology and Physics.

Her way of explaining, teaching and encouraging enabled my daughter to understand more in two weeks than she had grasped all semester and to successfully complete her course, a task which, my daughter says, would not have been possible without Colleen! She was truly a God-send! We are very grateful for her help and support and would highly recommend her as a tutor.
