About Colleen

I'd describe my personality as easygoing, calm, and bubbly! I like working with kids because they help me see the world through a different lense. It's incredible to watch children experience the world for the first time and grow into who they are meant to be with the proper nourishment and encouragement! I started working with kids when I was about 16, I volunteered at a church childcare program and then started babysitting for families around the area. After graduating I started working at an after school program and then a childcare center where I am currently working part time and earning my CDA. My skills include planning fun and enriching activities, cleaning and general housekeeping, and open communication with families
