About Colleen

I am mom to two awesome adult children, and have had the privilege of working as a nanny/babysitter for a number of years. I am available evenings during the week or all day on weekends. Over the past two years, I worked with three families in the Lake Norman area who would be happy to provide references. Their children range in age from 1-8 years-of-age. My goal is, not only to provide a safe environment for children, but one in which they can explore their creativity and let their personalities shine. I love to actively engage with the children by organizing games, scavenger hunts and art projects. I am reliable and punctual and have my own transportation. I can prepare healthy meals or snacks and always strive to keep your home neat and well maintained. I have a completed background check. I was born and raised in the Pittsburgh, PA area and now am fortunate to call Mount Holly NC my home. I am an avid reader and love gardening and caring for my Shelties.
