I started working with kids when I was in High school. I started out working at a YMCA childcare center and have been working with kids and teens ever since! I have a Master's degree in Social Work and have a background in residential teen care, wilderness therapy, and I am currently an elementary school counselor! In my spare time, I like to hike, bike, ski, run, and swim! I love getting creative when I can, and I am always up for an outdoor excursion! One thing you should know about me is I am extremely goofy and silly My skills include strengths-based positive communication, behavior management, meeting kiddos where they are!

Colleen has been an absolutely phenomenal babysitter for our toddler twins, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her in our lives. From the very beginning, she demonstrated outstanding judgment and a natural ability to connect with young children in a way that is both playful and deeply nurturing. Our girls lit up every time she arrived, and we were always confident that they were safe, engaged, well-fed, and genuinely loved in her care. Colleen brought creativity and joy into every interaction, whether through imaginative games, thoughtful activities, or calm, caring routines. She was also incredibly flexible and adaptable with our ever-changing schedules and requests, which made our lives so much easier. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver for our daughters.
