About Colleen

I am a Registered Nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience, bringing a compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving. I am currently back in school pursuing my goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner and am looking for a part-time position of approximately 25-30 hours per week while balancing my studies. In addition to my nursing background, I have hands-on childcare experience caring for my own two children, my niece and nephew, and other children I've cared for over the years. I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment while also encouraging learning, routines, and positive interactions. My medical background, CPR/First Aid knowledge, and experience providing care make me comfortable handling a variety of situations while giving families peace of mind. I'm dependable, caring, have reliable transportation and enjoy building meaningful connections with the children and families I work with.
