Hello, and thank you for reviewing my profile. I have done care work for infirm adults and elderly since 2017, as a companion and helper. I've worked with both cognitively intact elderly, as a companion, helper, guide, and also with the infirm and disabled, including a person who was paraplegic. Those I've worked with as a sole caregiver who suffer from dementia have not suffered affliction so advanced that they need constant medical supervision, as I am not a licensed nurse. I feel deep tenderness and compassion for our friends and family as they face life's later challenges; my own mother passed a year ago after suffering debilitating dementia for over 10 years.
