About Colleen

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my approach to education. With three years of experience and a graduate degree, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I assess your individual needs by observing how you interact with new material, then adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions to ensure the concepts click. When subjects become challenging, I break complex problems into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain your momentum. I believe open communication with you and your family is essential for setting clear expectations and achieving the best outcomes. Whether we meet at your home, the library, or online, I am dedicated to helping you master Math, Science, and test preparation. Seeing that "aha!" moment when a student finally conquers a difficult topic is the greatest reward I could ask for.
