About Colleen

While putting myself though college in CT in the late 1990's, I took a job with a senior-care agency. I went into the job thankful just to have found something that afforded me an opportunity to earn a little extra cash and fit with my flexible schedule. However, I did not expect to love the work as much as I came to. My clients became extended family members, and welcomed me into their families in return. I was rewarded with the friendship and genuine affection of not only my clients, but their children and grandchildren as well. I worked with the agency throughout my college career, and left only upon graduation to pursue my teaching career. Now, I am once again seeking an opportunity to provide care and companionship to a senior or seniors in need of the same.
