About Colleen

I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. I've spent the last four years working in a preschool as a social worker, where I supported children's emotional, social, and developmental needs while building strong, trusting relationships with families. I have childcare experience nannying for multiple families during my college summers and working as a summer camp counselor. These roles included engaging kids of all ages, planning creative activities, managing routines, and handling the joyful chaos that comes with busy days. I currently work in the Kid Zone at The Edge Fitness Clubs, where I care for children while creating a playful and welcoming space for them to enjoy. I've learned the importance of patience, communication, structure, and fun. I'd be excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to a family looking for someone who will care for their children with kindness, respect, and intention.
