We were in the process of hiring Colie as a full time nanny. The day she was suppose to sign a contract she sent a text message 15 minutes before her appt time and said she could not make it. We never heard from her again. I even sent a confirmation message to make sure she was no longer interested in the position before I proceeding hiring someone else but there was still no reply. I would be concerned about her reliability and communication.
