About Colette

Hi! My name is Colette! I have been caring for kids for most of my life, first with my two younger brothers (my original childcare internship) and professionally in the education field for the past five years. I am currently a special education teacher at an elementary school and working with kids every day is truly something I love. I have experience caring for children ages 4 and up and feel most comfortable with up to two children at a time so I can give them my full attention. I hold a college degree and am CPR and First Aid certified along with additional certifications in special education. I have a reliable car, am comfortable with pets, and enjoy creating a safe, calm, and fun environment where kids feel supported. Whether it is helping with routines, homework, creative play, or just keeping things running smoothly, I love being someone families can count on.
