About Cole

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion. For the past 12 years, I've had the joy of working in behavioral therapies with children aged toddler to pre-teen. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My pre-medical graduate coursework has given me additional insights into child development, health, and sciences. I am patient, friendly, and quick to adapt to each child's unique needs. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. These include imaginary play or more structured games. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents at pickup, and I always follow their preferred method. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid and was previously a certified trainer for Safety Care de-escalation strategies for 4 years. I am currently learning ASL and Spanish. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family!
