With four years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My passion stems from previous positive experiences and a desire to offer families a reliable care option. I strive to build connections by understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with ease. I also de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I received my high school diploma and speak English and French. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications.
