About Clementine

Hello, my name is Clementine. As an eldest sibling and member of a large extended family, I have much experience teaching academic curriculum to my younger siblings and cousins. In high school, I graduated top 10 in my class at my private Catholic, college preparatory high school, as well as scored 4-5/5 on my AP exams and have a 3. 7 GPA at the university I currently attend. I think the most important distinction, however, between being a great student and a great tutor is being able to create a genuine connection with the pupil. Anyone can succeed in academia, but passing on that knowledge to the next generation is a job that not just anyone can do. As an older sibling to two middle schoolers, I have witnessed and aided first hand in what succeeding in academia requires. My parents are immigrants and labor workers, so excelling in education is an absolute necessity in our family as well as our culture. From a young age, I have taught my siblings English, Math, and social studies.
