Caring for others is more than a job for me. With nine years of experience in child, adult, senior care, I've learned the importance of providing compassionate and reliable support to both individuals and their families. My journey into caregiving became deeply personal as I assisted my mother-in-law, which showed me how much I wanted to help others in similar situations. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I offer respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and understanding. I'm detail-oriented and professional, but I also love to laugh and connect with people through shared interests. Communication is key, and I always follow the family's preferred method to keep them informed. Building trust and respecting individual preferences are my priority.
