Excellent through and through! She connected so well with my kids & made them feel very safe. So much so they ask for her now! She is active in her care, meaning she is doing activities with the kids, engaging with them, asking questions, ect;. She is emotionally adept to navigate tantrums or behavior in a respectful, mature, regulated manner- like an extension of me! She is also thorough and responsive in communication. Truly, no complaints! 10/10!
