I could write an entire essay about why Claudia is the most amazing Newborn care specialist  and caregiver in general, but to thin it down she cares for my child as if he was her own, and she cares for my family too. Claudia has been with us for almost 4 months and has added so much joy to our lives and made our lives so much easier. While we hired her to care for my newborn son. My older son wakes up every morning asking if Claudia is home so that he can hang out with her. And Claudia doesn’t just help with the nights. She helps with the daytime too and provides thoughtful advice and tips and tricks. My baby loves her and like that when she is around. I’m so thankful that we have Claudia, so much so that I haven’t let her go yet even though we originally planned for just two months together. 

Claudia cared for our newborn son for 9 weeks as a newborn care specialist and we recommend her with our whole hearts!! She was part of our family. We trust her with our lives. She is extremely timely and never late. She was amazing with our son who absolutely loves her. She got our son to sleep a lot more at night. She is very energetic & attentive feeding, singing, reading, & playing with him. We wish Claudia could be with us forever! Any family to have Claudia is the luckiest in the world! 

We feel so lucky to have had Claudia with us from the day our daughter was born until she was three months old. From the very beginning, she brought such a calm and reassuring presence into our home. As first-time parents, we had so many questions and nerves, but Claudia patiently guided us through everything—feeding, soothing, safe sleep, and just the day-to-day ups and downs of newborn life.

What stood out most was how much love and care she showed our baby. She treated her as if she were her own, and our daughter absolutely thrived under her care. Claudia also gave us the confidence we needed as new parents—we always felt supported, never judged, and we learned so much from her.
By the time Claudia’s time with us ended, our baby was happy, thriving, and on a routine that worked beautifully for our family. More importantly, we felt ready to keep moving forward because of everything Claudia had taught us.

Claudia is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely kind, and always reliable. She became such an important part of our baby’s life, and we are so grateful for her. We truly can’t recommend her highly enough!

We simply adore Claudia! Growing your family is a huge life shift -  Claudia made the transition into parenthood so seamless. She is warm, kind, loving, knowledgeable and so much more. She instantly put my husband and I at ease as we learned to care for our newborn by gently guiding the way. She loved our daughter like her own. And she cared for me as I dealt with a tricky recovery. I can’t recommend Claudia enough! 

Claudia is AMAZING. Where do I even begin - we were first time parents and were really clueless, so we needed someone to help us not only with the night time feedings but someone who could also provide the expertise. Claudia was very professional and caring.

As a first time mom, breastfeeding was such a struggle and Claudia helped me with it so much. Honestly without her i think I might have given up.

She goes above and beyond to care for the baby and parents - for example, on the first day, she brought us flowers and gift for the baby, and she also gave me a foot bath.

Even outside of the days she was with us, she&#39;d check in on us via text asking how the baby is doing and answer our questions when we felt lost.

When it comes to the baby care, she&#39;s always a few steps ahead and she proactively prepares bottles and do lots of extra things to make our lives easier such as washing the bottles and baby&#39;s laundry.

She was also very professional and organized - when there was last minute emergency, she sent us her backup so we weren’t left without the care. 

Seriously, I cannot recommend her enough. Claudia made my postpartum much easier.

When I was pregnant with my second baby, I knew I wanted to hire a newborn care specialist to help a few nights a week. Something we didn’t do with our first, but with a toddler running around I knew having a few nights of guaranteed sleep would be a huge help. We found Claudia through care.com and I’m so glad we did. She is so knowledgeable, caring, dependable, and experienced.  Having someone watch your newborn overnight while you sleep can feel scary, but she immediately put our minds at ease with her warm, gentle approach. My husband and I would look at each other and say thank god for Claudia. In addition to taking care of, feeding, and changing our daughter overnight she also washed and folded her laundry, stored by pumped milk, sterilized bottles and pump parts, and even cleaned our bathroom once. She was also so nice to my older daughter, who absolutely adored her.  I would highly recommend her to anyone who is  looking for a newborn care specialist. 

Claudia is a trustworthy and kind NCS/night nurse— so warm, and knowledgeable. 

Claudia comes in with so much empathy and a deep understanding of connecting with newborns. She helped us build a solid routine also went above and beyond to make sure our kitchen was even tidy, alongside taking care of baths, bottles, and baby laundry.

Where to begin? Claudia has become like a close family friend over the past two months. She is extremely competent and qualified to care for a newborn and put our minds at ease. The nights she comes are the nights we look forward to the most because we can sleep and feel 100% relaxed with our baby in her care. My son hears her voice when she comes in and his eyes dart around the room. When she holds him I can immediately see his body relax. We joke that his bestie is here for the night. She has gone above and beyond in so many ways and is just the kindest and most genuinely caring person. It’s made my postpartum period this time around SO much better than the first time, I really suffered from PPA and PPD and now that I’m getting sleep, I can keep up with a newborn and a toddler and my mental health is right where it needs to be. It’s the best money I have ever spent. Truly. 

We hired Claudia as a newborn care specialist for 10 weeks to help with our second child and had a great experience. She is friendly, helpful, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable about newborns. Our baby is sleeping well now with her thoughtful with her approach to night time care. In addition to loving & caring for our newborn she would help out with tidying up, preparing breakfast and would come early as a babysitter occasionally so we could go out for a few hours. It was a pleasure to welcome her into our home, we miss having her help and I would recommend her to anyone.

Claudia is very knowledgeable and professional as a newborn caregiver. 
She has been taking an excellent care of my newborn son and taught me a lot of practical skills as a new mom such as how to get to know your baby needs, how to deal with them, how to calm down the baby, especially in the middle of the night, how to breastfeed.  Moreover, new mom like me needs a lot of emotional physical support. 

She works very efficiently and effectively with all by her heart.

Claudia is everything you would want in a nanny - experienced, trustworthy, caring, and conscientious. Upon meeting her and observing how she interacts with our baby, we could tell she had the experience that could only be acquired from caring for many babies. I interviewed several nannies and I’m so happy we made the right decision in choosing her!

It’s not easy to trust your newborn with anyone but yourself, but she provided us the peace of mind and reassurance that our baby was well taken care of at night so we could rest. 

We didn’t hire a night nanny with our firstborn, but I’m so happy we had Claudia for the first two months with my second. Learning from my experience with my first, we knew we needed someone to help relieve us at night so we had enough energy to care for both kids during the day. Claudia gave us the gift of sleep and eased the stress of taking care of two children. 

Claudia also has a calming presence which immediately soothes a crying baby. We call her the baby whisperer. Some days we counted down the minutes until Claudia would soon be at our home. I’m so glad we found Claudia, and would hire her again if we have a third! 

We hired Claudia as one of our newborn care specialists (NCS) for our daughter. She worked for us for about 3 months, starting almost immediately after we brought our daughter home. I can say without a doubt that Claudia was extremely helpful with our baby, and was supportive to us as first time parents. Claudia was nurturing, kind, and supportive, and was helpful in easing us into the role as new parents. Having Claudia as part of our team allowed also for us to rest, which is such an important part of being postpartum, allowing us to have more quality time with our family. I would recommend Claudia as an NCS!

We hired Claudia as a NCS for our newborn baby. A million times over, it was the best decision we could have made for our family. She is fantastic with babies, she is kind, generous, and goes above and beyond her job responsibilities. And a  has wonderful, soft energy to have in the house post-partum. As new parents we didn't know what we were doing, but she was there to guide us and answer all of our questions. Instead of a frantic, stressful time, we had rest, peace, and got to enjoy the newborn phase. She stayed with us for 4 months, we didn't want to let her go! You will not regret having this fantastic caregiver take care of your infant. She is a amazing!

Claudia is incredible. She was our night nurse with our second born, and it was such a different experience having Claudia help us this time around. I highly recommend Claudia as think you should hire her ASAP! We miss her already.

Claudia is absolutely wonderful!  When she came to us, our 6 month old daughter would only sleep on a person and refused to sleep in a crib.  Claudia helped to transition our daughter to a crib where she now sleeps comfortably.  Claudia is warm, loving, and knowledgeable.  She even texted us on her days off to see how our daughter was doing.  I can't recommend her enough!

If you're looking for someone to take care of your child like they are their own,  then look no further. Claudia has been an absolute blessing to our family. My son has had some health issues and Claudia not only takes wonderful care of him but she truly cares about seeing him get better. When she's not working with my son she's sending us suggestions to help him feel better and asking how he's doing.  She is amazing and we consider her our family and she treats us and our son like family. She's truly the best!

I thought of Claudia as the baby whisperer from the moment she met my daughter.  When she first arrived at our home, the baby was crying and within moments she was swaddled and stopped crying. From then on, I knew that I would be able to sleep with Claudia watching my child. 
Claudia was hired to work nights for us for 4 weeks, starting when my daughter was less than a week old. She was wonderful and I extended her contract for a few more weeks. She is kind and calm, loving and caring towards the baby. She is very knowledgeable and gave me many helpful suggestions whenever I had questions. 
I highly recommend Claudia and wish that I could have her work with me for many more months!
